All files not copied

When I collapse a folder and copy it to the target, the contents of the folder and the subfolders are not copied to tha target. How can I correct this

This is currently the way ViceVersa works. When you copy a folder, only the folder itself is copied and not all files within, even if the folder is collapsed.

I just read your comments and my son had sent an email to your technical support prior to purchase asking if he would be able to keep folders updated on two different computers using your product and he was told you could.....I need the ability to have my quicken files compared and updated (after they are ALL first copied) between my two computers....what suggestions would you have if it doesn't copy all files in a folder?

Hi - make sure the files are not in conflict, ie changed both in source and in target between syncs.
