I'm using ViceVersa Pro 2 build 2011 to backup files from local disk to network drive.
Snce I want it to also back up my Outlook .PST file I set it to use Volume Shadow Copy.
In the log I see error messages notifying it failed to create volume shadow copy. Below part of log.
Can you help?

I'm using windows XP pro version 2002 Service pack 3.
Since it is a 32-bit os, I would be surprised if I'm using 64-bit version of ViceVersa. Anyway, the backup start log says:
2009-10-28 15:31:32 : Version: ViceVersa PRO 2 Build 2011 (SN47)
2009-10-28 15:31:32 : Command Line: "C:\Program Files\ViceVersa Pro 2\ViceVersa.exe" "C:\Documents and Settings\alons\My Documents\ViceVersa PRO 2\profile1.fsf" /hiddenautosync
2009-10-28 15:31:32 : System: Windows XP (Professional), (Terminal Services in Remote Admin Mode), (Multiprocessor Free), (x86-32 Processor) v5.1 Build:2600 Service Pack:3
Thanks,
Alon |
