|
|
Ok... Seems emailing support does NO GOOD! All I want is for this software that I paid for to work.
I've got ViceVersa setup and also have VVEngine installed. Now the only way to sync it to open ViceVersa and run it manually. VVEngine FAILS says it can't find target but I can browse right to the target and ViceVersa has no problem finding it... Seems VVEngine has a major malfunction and I can't find it.
What do I need to do and where do I start because I've really had it will this software. |

Hello
did you install VVEngine as a service on normal program? What scheduling settings are you using in VVEngine for this profile? thanks _________________ --

It's installed as a Service. I've scheduled it for every 30 mins. I have to link VVengine to the VV profile. While in VVEngine I tell it to run and it comes back with a error it can't find the path of a Directory. When I open VV and run it from there... It works fine and can find the path.
It just seems these 2 software's don't work together is what I'm figuring out. |

The account is Administrator. The path it can't find is a Mapped Drive. |

Still not working.
This is ridiculous... There is no number for support. I have tons of errors now I can't even run it manually.
I don't recommend this software to anyone. You can't get tech support they have NO phone number to call so basically your on your own.
Wish I can get my money back. Spent a bunch of money on software with no Tech Support. |

VVE has never worked. I get path can't be reached or something like that. So I open VV and could sync that way, but NOW it doesn't even work something about it can't read and write... Not sure haven't tired in a while so I forgot. Just got so frustrated with software.
There is some conflict between VV and VVE it seems they don't work together very well seem to be fighting over something. The only reason I bought VVE is because I don't want the server logged in and running only VV it would not sync. I need this working because the employee's travel between locations and need their files. I had it to sync every 30 mins.
Thanks for the help... Just seems everything I try to use this software a new issue pops up, but now I can't manual sync anymore. |
