We are moving away from a NetApp NAS solution to Windows 2008. I am having issues getting the permissions to come over during replication. What am I doing wrong. I have the NTFS permissions checked on the Advanced Settings tab |

are source and target part of the same domain and active directory ? Do they have the same file permissions?

source and target are part of the same domain and active directory. The destination is a clean state. I did create any/all shares and made sure the permissions are the same there.
A simple example is this ... we have a users$ share for all user data. When the files are copying over it is stripping out the individual user permission for their own folders. |
