|
|
I have two large folders that total 4+ TB on a RAID array. Within these two main folders, there are hundreds of subfolders. Over time, subfolders will be added to and deleted from the two main folders. The folders will eventually grow to a max of 5 TB, which is the capacity of the source array.
I need to keep these two folders backed up across five 1 TB external hard drives. All 5 external drives will be connected simultaneously, so each will have its own active drive letter. How do I set up Vice Versa Pro to automatically split up and keep these two main folders mirrored split across the 5 external drives?
Note that any additional grouping of the subfolders within the two main folders would be impractical / illogical from an organizational / everyday-use perspective, so any solutions suggesting this approach can only be used as a last resort.
Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions! |

The only way to do this would be to group somehow the files into 5 different profiles using file filters, based on name, size or date.
