VVLauncher - Windows Service error

I need to use the VVLaunchers - Windows Service to run this in the background continously and not just when i'm logged on to the server through Remote Desktop.

When I"m in RDP the service runs fine..any immediate changes are pickedup and files are copied to the mapped drive that I have connected.
I run a distributed environment web and app server so Its important that some files get moved from the web server to the appserver via mapped drive.

This is the error I received in the logs.

Why is VV not able to monitor the mapped drive? I've given it administrator access/login?

I'm currently evaluating product and it looks to be a winner.- I like the immediate update/change to files detected feature.
