I sent email to "sales", "info" and "support" on 8/11 and 8/12 and have received no response. I'll try one last time here.
I need to reinstall the Version 2 which I purchased but no longer have the original download. I do not need to upgrade at this time to 2.5.
Please let me know how to accomplish this.

I emailed support on 8/25 and on 8/28 and have yet to hear back.

Hello,
I ordered 2.5 last week and have yet recived my license code. My trial runs out soon and need that to continue my backup. Could someone please help me get this? I used the same email address in here when I ordered it. If you have any questions please let me know! Thanks!
