|
|
Hi,
I'm using VVEngine 1.1 (build 7).
I have defined 2 profiles (sync from totally different sources to different targets) Both profiles are configure to sync based on "file changes".
Suddenly, one of the profiles stopped to sync, although, there were changes in files.
Restart to the VVEngine service solved the problem.
How can I assure that this situation will not happan in the future ? Is it this a known bug, if yes, when do you intend to release a fix ?
Thanks in advanced

Thanks for the quick reply.
There wasn't any change in source or target. (except of files that were added and modified within the source)
How can you explain that restart to the serivce solved the problem ? Can I send any kind of logs that can help ? Where can I find the VVengine logs ?

The VVEngine log is called 'VVEngine.log' and can be found in the application data folder. Restarting the service must have unblocked the monitoring, but that's not normally needed, because if the folder to monitor is not available, VVEngine tries to restart the monitoring every 30 secs. _________________ --
