I am using ViceVersa Pro 2, Build 2015 under Windows XP Pro SP3. I have been successfully executing a profile (Mirror Source to Target). I made a few changes to the profile (removed and added some folders to be backed up). When I run the profile it does not execute anymore. The VVLauncher.log file just indicates "Profile finished. Result "Execution not completed.". Exit Code: 2". The ViceVersa log file shows no entries (as if it never ran) so there are no errors shown there.
I tried creating a new small test profile and that executes OK.
How can I tell what ViceVersa does not like about the profile it will no longer execute?
I tried emailing ViceVersa support at support@tgrmn.com on July 13th but did not receive a response. I hope I am able to get some help at this forum.

Hello
- which e-mail address did you use to write to support@tgrmn.com ?
- are you using a tracking database in the profile? If positive, try resetting the database , under profile settings -> execution

I am not using a tracking database (that box is unchecked). It is my understanding that the tracking database option is used for the synchronization method. I am using "Mirror Source to Target" (not synchronization). |
