I am running multiple instances of VV, sometimes at the same time and occasionally the program crashes.

The event log advises:

Could this be a faulty install or a problem with running multiple instances at the same time or a fault in the program?

Any help will be much appreciated.

You should have a file called ViceVersa.dmp and one called ViceVersa.rpt in the installation folder. Could you send those to support@tgrmn.com ? Please also send the profile log for the profile with the fault, thanks

Hi, i have emailed support@tgrmn.com and have not had a reply since sending the email. I will send it again today.

My main problem now is that i am having multiple jobs run each night but not all of them are outputting to the specified logfile. However the jobs are showing in the scheduled tasks as having run. Some reporting 0x0 and other 0x4.

Please help.

Thanks, unfortunately the required files to debug this issue were empty... how often does this problem happen? Are the files .dmp and .rpt still empty and where (in which folder) did you find them? thanks
