I wrote the Sales department about 3 weeks ago asking them to resend our product key. I have not heard anything from them. I forwarded the original request today makine a 2nd request for product key to be emailed.

Hello Bob, this is strange as we usually resend product keys within 24 to 48 hours from receiving the request. I will check all received e-mail again and follow up asap. thanks! _________________ --
