My office computer is very retricted and will not allow me to copy files to any outside media. I can use Visa Versa to copy files from my Flash drive to my office computer but I cannot copy/sync files from my computer to my Flash Drive.

I was wondering if there is a way to sync over the Internet using VV?

Hello

you'd need a VPN tunnel to sync over the web.
