I am getting the following message whiling archiving:

"Backup file has timestamp identifier in the future. File ignored. If you want to remove it, you need to remove it manually"

Two things about this message: (1) it does not appear to be accurate, as the date/time on the files in question are 2002-2003, and more importantly, (2) there are over 100,000 such files, and I cannot get past the error without sitting at the computer for a long time and holding down the Enter key to get past each file error

The second problem is aweful, as I cannot sit there all day bypassing errors, which don't even seem to be accurate.

Other than turning off archiving, what can I do?

Can you please post some of the file names which have this problem? The archive function uses the file name to store the time/date

thanks
