Does Vice Versa Pro supports multiple sync jobs at a time? I would like to schedule unattended sync jobs in the night with different computers. Is that possible?

yes, I would use VVEngine for that: http://www.tgrmn.com/web/vvengine/vvengine.htm ; or VVScheduler (that's a tool included in the ViceVersa PRO download).
