Hello,

I am having an issue where the ViceVersa profile I have configured is not recognizing that there are changes to the source, and therefore the profile does not automatically run. It does run on a scheduled basis correctly, but I'm not sure what could be causing the issue. If anyone knows what would be causing this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance,
Sheel Shah

Hello

Are you using VVEngine to detect changes?
What type of drive is the source, is it a local or network path?

thanks

Hello,

Yes we are using the VVEngine to detect changes to the source, and the source is a UNC path, however it is not using one of the system shares, specifically, it is not using the c$ or d$ share.

Thanks,
Sheel

Hi,

I just restarted the VVEngine service and it appears that this has solved my problem. Thank you very much for your help!
