|
|
Hello,
I am using the VVEngine and running it as a Service over many computers. Most of them are doing ok, however some keep having a issue where the service will not stay running. Attempting to start the service just results in it being stoped a few seconds later.
All the computers doing this are running Vista x86.
I know there is more information that probably needs to be provided, but I can't find any specific error messages from the VVEngine anywhere. Let me know if there is any specific information that might help to resolve this problem.
Thanks. |

Hello
Can you please send the files VVEngine.log , VVEngine.xml and VVEngine.db to support@tgrmn.com
These files are in the Application Data folder of the account running VVEngine.
It would be useful if you can send the same files also for a machine that is running properly.

Sorry for the delay, I'll send those out from folks who are having this problem.
Quick question; if the account being used to run the engine is the local system account, where would these logs be located?
Thanks. |

Hello
In Vista the files would be under
C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\VVEngine\
for the local system account
