I have to mirror some folder to a NAS . I've selected to copy NTFS perm.
But I do not know if I shoud select also "copy file/folder owner". Is it Advisable ????

And what about cheking "copying even if timestamp change after initial comparison" should I check this option ?? please help and explain me !!

TIA

P.S.
I've scheduled some "mirror source to target" with the profiles included
(I've to configure the profiles in a suitable way and the suitable options: File system is NTFS))....to cut it short: what are the typical options that have to be checked in this scenario ?????

Hello

"copy file/folder owner". I would not activate copy this.

"copying even if timestamp change after initial comparison" if you get an error message saying that timestamps have changed after initial comparison do activate this option.

thanks!

I've also checked "no confirmation (overwrite , read-only, error messages etc) In the execution method of the profile , hoping that the scheduled task do not get stuck. Did I make the right choice ??? ( you know , when manually mirror source to targt the applications is likely to stop when an error message occur or an overwriting..On the other hand when the task is scheduled I do not want it to terminate by means of an eror messages or whatsoever...

TIA
