something very strange happening to this backup software for the last 2 weeks.

we ran schedule job daily, it ran perfectly until we started to use compress to target file.

we setup the software to backup and compress the file to target location and also locked the source in the profile. every now and then the software will only compare but not executing the backup. strange thing is even when i run the same profile manual, it does the same thing. normally when i run compare, it will give me the interface to execute the backup, but it's not giving me that screen.

since we can't skip the compare and go directly execute, we have been missed the backup for few days now. Please advice ASAP.

Can you please post or send to support@tgrmn.com the profile log? Profile log can be setup under profile settings -> execution

What do you see after running a compare?

only the viceversa pro screen and the message screen (the white box).

Is ViceVersa PRO hanging? Log file will tell. Also please make sure you are using the latest build 2015. thanks

Got it. Yes, it is hanging (not always) while checking target:

I would recommend that you download and install ViceVersa PRO again from www.tgrmn.com ; do not uninstall the previous version, just install the update in the same folder.

Please let us know if the problem is still there after installing the latest build.

I'm sure we're running the latest build, but I'll try to reinstall it again.

btw, if you look at the log file closely, I've try to backup 3 times this morning, at least one of them says "compare done", and then that's it. not executing or not showing the compare interface.
