I had a problem upgrading my version of ViceVersa, so I uninstalled the old version. When I tried to install the upgrade, it fails and I receive the following error message:
Ipersist file:: save failed; code 0x8007005 Access is denied
Suggestions? _________________ Mark L. Heller |

Hi, is this happening on Vista? Based on the error text it seems that the installer cannot write the program files to the installation folder. _________________ --

Hello
check file / folder permissions of the installation folder: it looks like the ViceVersa installer is not able to write files in there...
thanks _________________ --
