There could be several reasons:
1) Not enough disk space.
2) On Windows XP, multiple ViceVersa PRO profiles running together, and all using VSS (Windows XP only supports 1 shadow copy at a time).
3) On Windows XP, other software using the shadow volume for that drive, e.g. disk defragmenters, virus scanners, backup, etc. (Windows XP only supports 1 shadow copy at a time).
