ViceVersa service will not allow files to be synched after reboot. Only when logging into the server with local account does the file sync when files changed work. |

Dear,
ViceVersa service will not allow files to be synched after reboot. ViseVersa is Down after logging while the VVEngine is still on but the synchronization won't be done if the ViseVersa is off. Only when logging into the server and running the ViseVersa, the Synchronization will resume.
waiting your feedbacks |

Hello,
services do not have access to mapped drives, try using the UNC path instead , e.g. \\server\share\
After you installed ViceVersa PRO to run as service on the server, you can select which account is running the service in the Windows service console.

dear,
i use this for my network. for ex look at my sources and my target at ViceVersa:
Source: C:\xxxx\xxxxxxxx\xxxx\
Target: \\xxxx\xxxx\xxxx\xxxx\
the problem is not here.
the problem is when the server is logged off. only the VVengine is still on.
When i log on i need to double click on the viceversa so that the software works.
how can make the viceversa works even when the server is logged off?!! |

Do you need user and password to connect to \\xxxx\xxxx\xxxx\xxxx\ ? Have you entered user and password under profile settings -> folders -> network in the profile settings? thanks _________________ --

The profiles will continue to run after the server has been logged into with the local account. Only when the server is rebooted does the profile stop working. This has been working for months with no issue. |
