I have a HP 914c and I just found this great tool when searching for some way to properly synchronize between the PC and Mobile Storage Card. Yet VV Pro can't do that apparently, as the folder selector only detects regular drives not extra devices in the "Computer" tree, where it has like:

C:\
D:\
E:\
HP IPAQ 914c Business Messenger (which then has 3 subdrives)

Is there any way to actually synchronize with this device? This is my primary reason to wanting to purchase VV Pro, to synchronize documents between my PC, my USB device and PDA Device.

Hello

ViceVersa can handle all the drives that Windows makes available to applications. To test this, open NotePad, type a file, and try to save it directly to the HP IPAQ 914c Business Messenger ; does that work?
You can try the same with other applications to see which ones can "see" the drive.

thanks

I can save a file directly to the IPAQ, I cannot however use VVPRO with it, as the device doesn't show up in the listing. Most likely because it doesn't have a drive letter. It shows up in save menus, windows explorer, etc. though, but its after mounted network drives as a device with subdrives. (no drive letter to those either)
