We're having this exact issue. Thank you Travelcard for keeping at them. I hope there is a fix soon. As you said, it's too time consuming to scan the logs manually to confirm the errors are actually caused by this. Also archives filling up are going to be a disaster to clean up manually because I doubt VV is going to go back through existing archives and clean up. We too will move to another software product if there is no fix within a few days. |

Hi, we will release this fix at the beginning of August. The fix will be included in version 2.5 and we will make it also available in version 2.0 if required. thanks _________________ --

Where can i download the Archive fix for VVPro2.0?
BTW: one of my client bought VVPRO2.0 2 weeks ago, does he have to pay for VVPRO2.5 upgrade?
