We will try to get refunds for all our previous purchases as what we bought has never worked properly. We will then buy some other product.

I would suggest all other 2.0x customers do also.

please write to support@tgrmn.com , we'll send you a version of ViceVersa PRO 2 with the archiving feature fixed, no problem. We do not want you to waste money if you do not need the new features.

TGRMN support.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, I am having the same problem as TravelCard has:

We have received a link of the "fixed" version on 16/1/2009 18:32 (GMT+11:00), but I sent an email to Support on 20/1/2009 11:06 (GMT +11:00) saying the file doesn't work. Then I followed up on 16/2/2009 and 17/4/2009, but had no response from the Support Team.

Can you please confirm if this new version that TravelCard is getting actually fixes the issue? If yes, can we please have that file as well?

Well, as a test I ran 2.5 on one of the sites that was failling. It still fails, but in a different way.

The initial problem was that \\?\ was being striped from the job - this time and extra one has been added Very Happy

Code:
2009-06-23 10:40:05 : Deleting file \\?\\\?\unc\backupserver\achive$\file.sml_(2009-06-09_01-02-39_ove_t).sml [Can not delete "\\?\\\?\unc\backupserver\achive$\file.sml_(2009-06-09_01-02-39_ove_t).sml". The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.] [ERROR].
