Error Code: 3 (VV stopped working)

Hello

We have been using VVpro for 3 years now and all of a sudden the application stopped running scheduled jobs. We can do Show Comparison
then Execute, and this will work, but the Automatic schedule job will not work.

Here is the log, its exiting right after the compare.

Hi I installed the newer version of VV Pro 2 but it is asking for the code to be entered. Our company had already purchased the previous version can you supply me with this code?
