First I would like to say, what a cool product, and very reasonably priced. I am glad I found it. very happy.

Situation:
I am running a single Backup (mirror source to target) job every 24 hours over a WAN link.

Problem:
Everything is working fine except I am getting the following message after the job completes:

Exit Code: 10. Backup completed with warning. Some files are present both in source and in target but are newer in target. If you want to overwrite these files, use the profile option 'Replace newer target files with older source files' [ERROR]

Newer Files - Source: 0 (0) - Target: 2 (1.09MB)
Older Files - Source: 2 (812.15KB) - Target: 0 (0)

I know it is only 2 files totalling about 1MB in size, BUT...

My question is, how can I find out which files are affected/where they are located?
This service is installed on a customer's server and I would like to have a 100% successful backup each time, instead of a success+warning.

thanks in advance for any help!

Hi,

If you run a manual comparison (i.e. start ViceVersa, open the profile and click on compare), then the comparison window will show the status of all files side-by-side. You can deselect matching files (using the button with the green tick) and you will see only non-matcing files, that is the two files that are newer in target.

thanks
