details-
two servers- one on a domain the other in a DMZ (workgroup)
Vicaversa is running on the server in the domain.

I am trying to backup files from the DMZ server - copying them to the domain server using VVScheduler. I have checked "connect using the following credentials" on the network connections in the edit profile screen. the test works and when i run the backup manually it works as well.

When VVScheduler tries to run the job- it is using the domain account that the scheduled job is running under. The job will fail- as its not using the account i setup in ""connect using the following credentials"

any help would be appreacited.

Hello

What error does it show in the ViceVersa PRO profile log?
A profile log can be set in the profile settings -> execution
You can view the log by clicking on "View Profile Log" in VVScheduler.

thanks

Hello, can you connect with a "net use" command, using the same user and pwd, and running under EDENTSPLY.COM\admmds0017 ?
Maybe you could write a batch and run it just before the profile starts (see profile settings->advanced settings) to test if "net use" works.... thanks
