Deleted files reappear.

Why is it that when using the synchronization method files that were deleted from the source are copied back from the target. I want the deleted files to stay deleted on the source, and be removed from the target.

Are you using the Synchronization method in ViceVersa PRO 2 ?

Yep, using synchronisation method.
Source drive is a mapped on target PC.
Synchronisation run as a scheduled logon task.

A profile log can be set under profile settings -> execution ,

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.
I didn't (don't) have logging enabled.
I don't want to run the job again (to generate a log) as the deleted items will appear again and the user (of the synched computers) will be very unhappy.

I really need this fixed soon. Here is a copy of the log without actually running a sync. The job is called from task scheduler at logon, and then runs periodically as follows...

ViceVersa PRO is needed for bi-directional sync. ViceVersa PLUS does not support bi-directional sync.
