My VV Engine stopped working all of sudden. The webpage won't load. I tried re-installing but it did not work either. Any ideas?

Hello

Please send the following files to support@tgrmn.com :

- VVEngine.dmp and VVEngine.rpt (these files are in the VVEngine
installation folder)
- VVEngine.db , VVEngine.xml and VVEngine.log (these files are in the VVEngine application data folder)

These files contain diagnostic information.

thank you,

I just had this problem start two days ago. ( I just found out).

I've sent the vvengine.rpt and vvengine.rpt and vvengine.log to support@tgmrn.com.

Then I decided to try restoring all files in C:\Documents and Settings\ViceVersa\Application Data\VVEngine from a backup tape prior to the problem, and it seems to be working. There might have been a problem with vvengine.db. Hopefully TGRMN Support will be able to determine the issue.

Hi, from the e-mail you sent it sounds like a corrupted vvengine.db file. If you can please upgrade to version 2, this issue was fixed there. thanks
