Hi There, could you please advise whether ViceVersa will run under Terminal Server 2003. If so, how does the licensing work in a TS environment? Only 1 or 2 people will use the VV software but there are 10 CAL licenses. Could you also advise whether the vvengine application will run under TS. Appreciate it if you could advise asap. Regards, Greg Hart. |

Hello, yes, it will run under Terminal Services, but you will need 1 license for each computer ViceVersa and/or VVEngine runs on. thanks _________________ --

Thanks for your reply. Can you please clarify regarding the licensing given that the application will be running under TS 2003. i.e. the software will only be installed on one computer (the terminal server). |

Hello, can you elaborate on how the software will be used? e.g. to copy files from where to where, etc. thank you! _________________ --

The software will predominantly be used to copy customised ms office templates from a master folder to user profile folders. i.e. the files are all stored on the same server. |

Thanks. If you install the software on the terminal server and run it from, let's say 10 machines, via TS, you still need 10 licenses to cover all the machines. thanks _________________ --
