VV Engine has been running fine for months, ever since I installed it. Suddenly it refuses to start with a "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" error that states: "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."

The log file is full of digits and null characters.

Hello

please try deleting the file VVEngine.log , VVEngine.db and VVEngine.xml ; first make a copy of VVEngine.xml which contains all the schedules , in case you want to restore it. Then restart VVengine.

thanks

It was probably a corrupted XML file, do you have a copy of the old XML file we can have a look at? thanks

Yes, certainly - I would like to get to the bottom of this problem. I can't see how to add an attachment, do you have an address I can send it to?
