Dear Support,
I have been evaluating Viversa Pro 2 and have positive feedback for the product.
Unfortunately, my 30-day trial period has expired and have run into an unexpected problem.
I am unable to uninstall the product from my server.
When I attempt to uninstall the product, I get the message:

Uninstall has detected that Vice Versa Pro 2 is currently running.
Please close all instances of it now, click OK to continue, or Cancel to exit.
----------------
I was also running VV Engine 1.1. But, VV Engine 1.1 uninstalled successfully.
There are other aspects of the product that I would like to continue to evaluate, but I cannot use the product without registering the product.
I would be grateful if I could obtain an extension for the trial period in order to complete my evaluation of the product.
If it is not possible to extend the trial period, then please send me instructions on how I may uninstall the product from my server.
