I wish synchronisation could have been smarter. Examples:
1. I automatically rename my already-backed-up-photos (regular procedure). As a result all 400 GB are then been copied to the archive location and, (as archiving option is on) old copies (400 GB) are archived. All this, while the only remedy really needed was to update names.
2. As I open outlook my PST file(4 GB) immediately is been modified in a tiny minor way. Then all 4 x 2 GB are running again on the network.
Is it possible hearing from the administrator whether such a feature is possible or planned? |
