The old VVLauncher for ViceVersa PRO 1.3 can be found at:
http://www.tgrmn.com/web/downloads/vvlaunch.exe

For ViceVersa PRO 2, VVLauncher 2 is already included in the ViceVersa download. It can be found under start->all programs->ViceVersa PRO 2->Tools after installation.

Note that VVLauncher for ViceVersa PRO 1.3 can not be used with ViceVersa PRO 2.
