Please Reply:

I have three global scripts to run. 1 script established the vpn connection before comparison. 2nd disconnects the vpn connection and The 3rd emails notification after execution, and the . I placed the scripts in the global folder and named them. global _start.bat, global _end.bat, and global _end_1.vbs. I keep getting the following error. I have tried global _auto_start.bat on the scripts with same result.

: [ERROR] No user-defined scripts found to run before comparison. You may switch the option 'Run user-defined scripts before comparison' off or create the scripts. See help file for more information.
: Exit Code: 2. Execution not completed. [ERROR]

Hi, did you place the scripts in
'c:\program files\ViceVersa PRO2\GlobalScripts'

Also there should be no space in global _start.bat --> it should be global_start.bat

thanks

Yes, I placed the scripts in the correct folder, 'c:\program files\ViceVersa PRO2\GlobalScripts'. The space in global _end.bat is just a typo in the message. the name in the folder is global_end.bat, I have tried global_auto_end.bat, and various other forms. I have got it to work correctly on my laptop. However on this one xp desktop I keep getting the error.
