Hello

I use ViceVersa Pro to synchronize my Laptop with my Server at home. The Laptop runs Vista Ultimate 32, the Server runs Microsoft Home Server.

The problem is that synchronization only works from the Laptop to the Server. Whenever a file is created or modified directly on the Server, I get an error message similar to this one:

Code:
Copying "Erinnern Bezahlen.doc"  (24.50KB) ... CRC check ...  [Can not change attributes of "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Haushalt\Haus und Heim\Putzen\Erinnern Bezahlen.doc". The file cannot be accessed by the system.] Error.

Manual copy via Windows Explorer works.
If the file existed on C: (i.e. the version on the server is newer), then the file gets deleted on C: by ViceVersa.

I am using ViceVersa Pro 2, Build 2014.

Thanks for any help! Best regards, Martin

Unfortunately not:
Code:
Starting... Ok
Copying "Neues Textdokument.txt"  (3B) ... [Can not change attributes of "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Haushalt\Div\Neues Textdokument.txt". The file cannot be accessed by the system.] Error.
-- Done: 0 (0)  Err: 1 (3B)  Skipped: 0 (0)  Tot: 1 (3B) --
-- Average Transfer Rate: 0/Sec -- Elapsed Time: 0 sec

Many regards, Martin

Hello

I just found this Thread: http://www.tgrmn.com/web/forum/viewtopict1931.htm

Switching off copying alternate data streams solves my problem as well.

Regards, Martin
