Is this a supported scenario?

Hello,

We have the need to perform real-time bi-directional syncronization of 100,000's of files between 20 sites. These files are MS Word files and can be edited from multiple locations at anytime. We are fine from a network standpoint, so bandwidth/latency is not an issue. The total size of the data is in excess of 150GB, but only about 20MB of changes per day. We have demoed the product a month or so back, but could not get it setup correctly or something, as it did not perform as we expected.

Can someone offer me some advice? Will Vice Versa be able to work properly in this environment or should we look elsewhere? If it does meet our needs, is there a Technical Support phone number that we could call to get this setup correctly so that we can test? We have tried using this Forum but we have not heard back on our inquiries to date.
