Windows XP crashed in the middle of synchronizing my laptop through Viceversa Pro 2. It no longer runs. I get the following error: "Error in the tracking database. Basic directory information not found." And it gives an address for a file that no longer exists. What can I do?

Hello, check under change profile settings->execution ; the database path is in there and also a button for resetting the database. thanks
