Is there any way to get the Icon to show in the system tray when running VVLauncher as a service?

Also, How do I know for sure that the service is running the correct profile? I seem to be having trouble with VVPro synchronizing when running as a service, but if I run the application from the start menu it works fine.

Thanks

Hello
you can start VVLauncher from the menu and it should show the icon in the tray when the VVLauncher service is installed.

VVLauncher feedback when installed as a service is limited.
For a better support for service installation I recommend the VVEngine add-on: http://www.tgrmn.com/web/vvengine/vvengine.htm

Note that depending on under which account you are running the service on, the service may not have access to the network. Use the Network Service account in that case.

thanks
