I am wondering, can VV file replication mirror from one drive to another:
1. timestamps (date created + date modified)
2. file attributes
3. NTFS security
4. and ownership info ?

This I think is TRUE mirroring... is this what VV does ?

Yes, ViceVersa PRO copies all the file attribute and security if source and target are part of the same domain.
