Hi there,

I would like to suggest a direct-copy-method.

Similar to what we know from some FTP apps. that can copy (ftp) from one remote directly to another remote, w/o passing the data through the "client" where the app is running.

Imagine:
I have RemoteDrive01:\WorkingProjects and I would like to back these projects/files up to RemoteDrive02:\WorkingProjectsBackup.

I would have to setup a project that says:
RemoteDrive01:\WorkingProjects -> RemoteDrive02:\WorkingProjectsBackup

Fine I can do that - my point is that all the data from RemoteDrive01 will be passing into my PC via my network connection and then out again onto the RemoteDrive02.
A lot of time and bandwidth wasted - ESPECIALLY if for instance RemoteDrive02 is a removeable disk on the server that has RemoteDrive01 as an internal disk. THEN it would be a real time- and bandwidth-saver to do the Remote-2-Remote.

Probably the best solution is to have VV running on the remote server in this case.
