I have multiple source/target pairs configured to backup. Some of these network paths are on Laptops which are not always connected to the network. When any one of then is not connected, the backup is not performed. These are the messages in the log:
...
2007-09-18 01:00:01 : **** Copy files even if timestamp changes after initial comparison
2007-09-18 01:00:43 : [ERROR] Source: folder "\\Dirk\Data\" not found. The network path was not found.
2007-09-18 01:00:43 : Exit Code: 2. Execution not completed. [ERROR]
2007-09-18 01:00:43 : ************************************************************
2007-09-18 01:00:43 :
I have put the pairs at the top and bottom of the list and still no other pairs get backed up. Is there a way to have the process continue if any of the network paths are not available? In other words, just have it skip the unavailable network paths?

Yes, try the option 'continue even if some sources/targets are inaccesible' in the profile settings -> folders
