Owner Information Error VV 2

Just upgraded from version 1.3 trial to 2 purchased version, using the VVLauncher furnished with 2, profile developed under 1.3. Cleared synch database per upgrade instructions, deleted old log since when the new one attempted to write to old log it wrote unformatted and would not appear in log.

VV 1.3 has been working flawlessly with the same profile for nearly a month. Now same profile in 2 reports, in one direction, from source to target:

Copying "C-CB-A-1.dwg" (1.34MB) ... [Can not copy Owner information to file "\\boston\projects\2004\7004023.50\CAD\A\C-CB-A-1.dwg". Access is denied.] Error.

No rights have changed, same user as has been working for 3 weeks. Can you tell me what to investigate?

ViceVersa PRO 2 is unable to copy the file owner information from the source to the target. In the profile settings you have activated the option to copy file permissions, security attributes and file streams. ViceVersa PRO 1.3.1 would not report an error in the same situation.

To solve this:
- you could switch off the option "copy file permissions, security attributes and file streams" if you do not need it
- who is the owner of the source file in question? do you have any warnings in the log file related to SeTakeOwnershipPrivilege? If you send us the log file via E-Mail we can have a look.
