I have emailed your company at info@tgrmn.com on (08/19/2005) and still have not received a reply. Perhaps I can get assistance here. I don't know where else to go to get my question answered and problem resolved. My contact information is below for follow-up. Below is the original message, please help.

Hello, I have a copy valid copy of ViceVersa Pro with a valid registration key that I purchased within the last 3 months and the Registration TEXT is incorrect. How do I go about getting a corrected Registration TEXT? Please contact me as soon as possible so that we may get this resolved. Thanks.

Marc, sorry for this late reply. You maybe are trying to enter the VV PRO 1.3.1 code into VV PRO 2.0 - If that is the case you will need to purchase an upgrade code see the home page at www.tgrmn.com

No, I am trying to enter the code that we received into 1.3.1 into the 1.3.1 version. It works, however the problem that I am having is the registration Text that I received from TGRMN was incorrect. They registered our software to the wrong user. I want to correct this and have not received much help. I uninstalled the software and won't reinstall until someone from TGRMN can correct the Registration Key for me that I can enter when I reinstall the software. This has been a frustrating process.
