I am using this soft to sync 20GB of data between the server and 3 machines. It is mission critical!
The software was working fine for over a year, then started crashing on every second scheduled task(random). Sent crash reports and log files to TGRMN. They suggested upgrading to the newest build. had it done - still crashing. Resent all the reports and asked for help ASAP. 5 days -still no answer. I resent the email today and - lets see how long it will take them to respond.
I also remember calling them about a year ago with some problem. After being on the phone for 20 min I've heard that their tech support is not going to spend hours on the software that cost $39. So, I had to solve it myself by trial and error.

We communicated via email but I didn't get any answer to my problem, just promises. I keep sending dump and report files but Vice Versa is still crashing.
This is going on since July 22nd. I guess the word ASAP means nothing here! |
