I run Vista. As advised, I have a user account and an administrator account, and I use the user account.
I have a portable external USB harddrive that I keep in constant sync with my documents. When I go to work I can then have my documents with me. If I make any changes at work then they can be reflected at home.
But Vista is always blocking the service. If I run it as a service then I can't see the little green/yellow icon from VVLauncher to know if anything is going on. Too bad, that service aspect seemed like a nice idea. So now I run it at startup except I always have to give admin permission at each startup.
How do I get around these minor annoyances? |

I have just purchased VV & am trying to use VV Launcher under Vista - I have same problem that under a user account VVLauncher will not run at start-up, or at all, unless Admin password is used - is there any way to overcome this ? |

Hello
VVLauncher requires admin rights to run, are you running it under a user which does not have admin rights?
