I had a problem performing backups. VV returned an error "error performing inpage operation". Forum recommended installing the new version of VV. I did so.
It did not solve the problem.
Here is a copy of the log file:

Note that the backup hangs on a different file each time, so it isn't a specific problem with the file.

I think there could be a problem with your G: drive... If you search on Google for "error performing inpage operation", you will see that most of the times the issue was solved by changing or reformatiing the disk. I suggest to run diagnostics on the G: drive.
