I have a laptop that I use to download all our digital photos from our camera to. I also have a file server that I backup all our pictures too. The pc runs win2003 server. I set up vvpro on the laptop and set the laptop photo dir ans the source and the server dir as the target. I can access the server from the laptop fine. Now I set the profile to do a Replication (update target). The first time I did the compare it took a while but it finished. I told it to execute and it was copying files. It crashed on me. Im not in front of my laptop right now to see exactly what the error said. but now as soon as it starts to copy the program dies and crashes. Could it be an issue going over my network? It is wireless. I wouldn't think that would matter really. Should I maybe uninstall and reinstall? |

In the ViceVersa installation folder you should have two files called 'ViceVersa.dmp' and 'ViceVersa.rpt'. These files contain additional information regarding the crash. Could you please send them to support@tgrmn.com
