Update to 2.2014--"DeleteFile failed"

Tried updating from 2.2010 to 2.2014 and got the following message:

Error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:
DeleteFile failed; code 5
Access denied.


I have full administrator rights to the system on this pc. Can you tell me what I need to do to update?

I had the same problem the first couple of times that I tried to install the file. I finally got it to work by saving it to my desktop and running it from there. I think that the problem was that I still had ViceVersa open in the background.

Make sure that you have ALL ViceVersa windows and processes shutdown before you run the installation. I am pretty sure that will help.
