|

Hi,
I am tryin out VVPro2 with VVEngine (to schedule the profiles) with Vista ultimate. With 2 profiles generated (VVpro2) and enabled to run under VVEngine:
Schedule: Monitor source(s) and target(s) and run when file changes are detected - Run immediately as soon as source and target are accessible - If scheduled run is missed, run at next startup - If error occurs rerun after 5 minutes
I can not undock the USB Harddrive (target) as long as VVEngine is enabled. An errormessage occurs stating that the harddrive is in use.
What would I have to do to be able to undock my USB harddrive
Thank you very much in advance |

Hi! This is because VVEngine is monitoring the USB folder (the target).
While VVEngine is monitoring the target, the USB drive cannot be removed. I think you could disable the option of monitoring the target and only activate monitoring for the source folder. ViceVersa will then run when file changes in the source are detected. _________________ --

Thanks for the answer
do you think you could program VV in a way so that the monitoring of the target is switched off when the drive gets the message to be disconnected?
it would be nice to monitor the target as well.
kind regards |
